Pricing For Property Management
Transparent, competitive pricing with no surprises.
Tenant Procurement (Leasing) Fee:
100% of one full month's rent
Lease Renewal Fee:
20% of one month's rent or $250 — whichever is greater
Ongoing Property Management Fee:
10% of monthly rent
(Minimum $150 per month)
Repair Oversight Fee: 15% added to each contractor invoice.
Renovation Oversight: If we coordinate a renovation project, the property management fee is 20% of the total renovation cost.
We handle contractor bidding, verify completed work, and obtain owner approval for repairs exceeding the agreed threshold.
