Despite a challenging local condo market in the area while I was selling (due to competition and market factors), she was able to work extremely hard to market the condo and was able to get me multiple offers, and the condo sold for more than I expected. She was extremely knowledgeable about the location, and even was able to walk me through considerations for both buying/selling and renting as she is extremely experienced in both areas. Above all, she is also an advocate for her clients, and will get the best deal for you and ensure you are taken care of.
