My name is Michelle Vargas, Owner and Real Estate Broker for Equitable Estates Realty. I understand the importance of buying and selling a home. It's not just a place to live, it's where you build your future, and it is a significant investment of your hard-earned money. At the age of 22, I purchased my first home, and that's when my love for real estate began, I recognize and value the trust my client's place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Therefore, I take my role as your Realtor® very seriously while also making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Marketing, which assists me daily while making decisions to strategize and market your homes to the best of my ability. After that, I obtained my real estate license and later became a licensed real estate broker in 2011. 

In addition to my education and licenses, I have also received several designations to become a better resource for my clients. These include becoming an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I'm also an active member of Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors® (NAMAR) and NAR (National Association of Realtors). I've been a NAMAR Million Dollar Club member since 2015-2021, and before this, I was a member of the Pinnacle Awards Million Dollar Member from 2007-to 2015.

My commitment to putting others first and desire to find the right fit to suit each person's needs allow me to provide individualized attention and service.
